Dylan is an associate in the Chicago office and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources group. His practice focuses on structured finance, receivables finance, securitizations and other forms of commercial lending in both international and domestic contexts. He has advised on transactions throughout the United States and around the world, including Europe, South America, Asia, Mexico and Canada. Dylan also has experience working on project-specific financing, development, procurement and purchase contracts.

Represented a multinational commodities trading company in a $1 billion uncommitted borrowing base credit facility to finance its crude oil, petroleum products, metals, power and steel trading activities.

Represented a regulated utility in connection with construction contracts and master services agreements related to the development, construction, rebuild and related services associated with transmission and distribution projects in the Northeastern U.S.
