Dylan is an associate in the Chicago office and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources group. He has assisted in various international and domestic financing arrangements, project-specific construction and procurement agreements and mergers and acquisitions. In the finance space, Dylan has significant experience working on loan facilities, securitizations, receivables finance and other types of commercial lending arrangements. Dylan also has familiarity with the CFTC and FERC regulatory landscapes.
