Beth is a senior paralegal in the Life Science & Health Industry Group focusing on all aspects of mass tort and commercial litigation. She is proficient in all aspects of discovery, preparation for and attendance at trial; analysis of medical records and preparation of indices, in-depth chronologies and timelines. Beth also has experience in motion and appellate practice by cite checking, proofreading and editing motions and legal briefs. She is also proficient in litigation database and web-based searches.
Beth is also active in pro bono activities and volunteers on election day to provide nonpartisan information via the election protection hotline in the New York region.
Beth is the Paraprofessional Coordinator for the East Coast offices. In this role she supports the Senior Paraprofessional Manager and Practice Groups. She assists with interviewing and hiring Paraprofessional Staff and ensures proper utilization of paraprofessional staff; assists with annual review process; reviews and approves time cards, monitors DTE for compliance with firm policy, oversees the request and approvals for PTO and works on facilitating continued training, development and education for the paraprofessional staff.
