Ashley is an associate in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers, private equity transactions, and private equity investments for both public and privately held businesses. Ashley also advises clients with respect to general corporate governance matters.
Ashley was previously an associate at another global law firm’s M&A and Private Equity practice group and has also worked on various transactions in its Capital Markets practice group.
In law school, Ashley was a student attorney at the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic. She was an enforcement intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission in New York and a legal intern at Pegasystems Inc., a public software company in Cambridge. Ashley was also a legal intern at Jefferies Finance LLC.
Ashley is on the junior board of Read Ahead, a non-profit that promotes literacy among young children. She is also a mentor at TEAK Fellowship, a non-profit that provides individualized mentorship to underprivileged middle school children.
