Scott obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Imperial College London in 2011. He then obtained his Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong in 2014 and 2015, respectively. He was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2019.
Scott has experience in advising clients on a wide range of corporate finance and general commercial matters, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings. He also advises clients on regulatory compliance, including notifiable and connected transactions, resumption of trading, and corporate governance matters.
