Karen is a senior paralegal in the Global Commercial Disputes Group focusing on all types of general litigation matters. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, collection and organization of documents for review and production, preparation of expert and witness materials and notebooks for trials and hearings. She is proficient in the preparation of cases for hearings and trials, including preparing exhibits, exhibit lists, deposition designations and pre-trial motions and filings. Karen also provides assistance in the area of drafting pleadings and various discovery responses.
