Amaya focuses on cybersecurity and data protection. She has extensive experience advising multinational corporations in a wide range of industries, including the automobile, e-commerce, manufacturing and entertainment industries, on their data compliance projects in China.
Amaya also provides services related to foreign direct investment, outbound investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and general corporate. Her experience includes the TMT, energy, entertainment and sports, banking, mining, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Amaya was an associate in a European law firm and leading Chinese law firm.
