Felipe Berer joins Reed Smith as a partner in Miami office

Berer is also a member of the firm’s Latin America Business Team. Formerly head of the Brazil practice at Akerman LLP, Berer represents multinational companies doing business in the United States, Brazil, and throughout Latin America. He has significant experience advising Brazilian companies in a wide array of industries on cross-border commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration, and insolvency matters both in the US and in Brazil.
