LONDON - Global law firm Reed Smith today announces the appointment of private equity partner Francois Feuillat in the firm’s Global Corporate Group and London office.

Feuillat, who joins Reed Smith on 1 June from Willkie Farr & Gallagher, brings more than 25 years’ experience advising private equity and corporate clients in the energy, infrastructure, industrials and technology sectors. He has handled complex cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures, private equity deals and corporate finance transactions, involving over 70 countries and worth more than US$100 billion.

Feuillat is the latest addition to Reed Smith’s growing private equity practice following the recent arrival of Dr. Nikolaus von Jacobs and Christian von Sydow who joined the firm’s Munich office from McDermott Will & Emery in May.
