PARIS - The Paris office of Reed Smith has advised the sellers of Bulldozair (founders Ali El Hairi and Maxence Lérigner along with Objectif Innovation 1 and ProBTP Innovation) on its sale to Infopro Digital.
Founded as a start-up in 2013 by Ali El Hariri, a civil engineer, and Maxence Lerigner, a software engineer, Bulldozair has developed a site-monitoring solution for all trades involved in a construction or renovation project.
The Bulldozair tool set will strengthen Mezzoteam, Infopro Digital's platform dedicated to document and data management for construction projects.
The Reed Smith Paris team that worked with the sellers included corporate partner Guilain Hippolyte and lawyer Marco Hazan.
