Jenine is a senior associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Group with experience in onshore litigation, investigation work and arbitration. She advises and represents both multinational and regional clients on a broad range of contentious commercial matters throughout all stages of litigation. She has handled commercial arbitration matters under the rules of major arbitral institutions, including the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Dubai International Financial Centre-London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA). She also has advocacy and trial experience in U.S. federal and state courts.
