Ana María is a member of the firm’s international commercial litigation and arbitration teams. She represents and advises clients in a range of cross-border commercial and fraud disputes brought in state and federal courts, including issues of jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, and enforcement of challenged arbitration clauses.
