As counsel in the firm’s Life Sciences Health Industry Group, Lara’s practice focuses on health care matters including Medicare/Medicaid program enrollment issues; coverage and payment issues; and administrative appeals. She also works on matters involving physician and hospital ventures; fraud and abuse; health care compliance; patient safety; federal health care legislation; federal, state and administrative litigation against the government; and health care related civil litigation and arbitration.
