Amie frequently acts as primary corporate counsel to companies at all stages of development, from bootstrapped start-ups to sponsor-backed portfolio companies. She advises dozens of venture and growth investors on their portfolio investments, managing all corporate needs throughout the investment life cycle. She also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements involving consulting, nondisclosure, software licensing, product development, construction, outsourcing, distribution, and collaboration.
