Oliver is a senior associate in the Financial Industry Group in our Dubai office and has experience advising on restructuring and insolvency matters in several jurisdictions. Oliver has more than 10 years of experience advising on restructuring and bankruptcy related matters, with more than 4 years’ spent in the UAE. Oliver’s experience includes distressed acquisitions and disposals, personal bankruptcy, fraud, asset-tracing, debt and antecedent claims as well as advising on directors’ duties and security enforcement. Oliver has been involved in several notable UAE restructurings, advising creditors, companies, insolvency practitioners, shareholders or other stakeholders.
