Yang has more than a decade of experience advising on ship finance, banking finance, asset leasing and maritime transactions in Asia. His practice spans multiple jurisdictions across the region, including Mainland China, Singapore, and Hong Kong, where he has advised leading banks, leasing companies and shipowners on complex cross-border financings and asset transactions.
