Zeldar is the managing partner of Reed Smith’s Shanghai office. She is qualified as a lawyer in both Hong Kong and England & Wales and has passed the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area Lawyers Qualification Examination. She is a highly regarded litigator with extensive experience handling complex and high-value contentious matters across multiple sectors. Zeldar’s practice primarily focuses on international trade, shipping, commodities, shipbuilding, offshore construction, investment disputes, M&A, and shareholders’ disputes and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Zeldar regularly represents clients in high-stakes disputes under a broad range of jurisdictions and arbitral regimes, including ICC, ICA, HKIAC, SIAC, and FOSFA, and ad hoc arbitration (e.g., LMAA, HKMAG), as well as in Hong Kong High Court litigation. She is also a founding mediator of the Greater Bay Area International Maritime and Commercial Mediation Center (MCMC).
