Ted is a senior associate focusing his practice on appellate matters and complex trial court issues. Drawing on his experience clerking for Judge D. Michael Fisher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Ted has briefed numerous cases in the federal courts of appeal and state appellate courts in Pennsylvania, Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia. Ted has argued appeals at both the intermediate appellate and state supreme court levels, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where his advocacy was commended, as well as the entire 17-judge Virginia Court of Appeals after petitioning the full court to hear the case en banc. Additionally, Ted has represented clients in the U.S. Supreme Court, both in petitioning for a writ of certiorari and preparing amicus briefs.
