Sarah’s practice focuses on a wide array of commercial litigation matters, such as business and corporate disputes, managed care payment disputes, toxic tort cases, product liability cases, and pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, including defense of a major wholesale pharmaceutical distributor against claims that prescription opioids caused a public nuisance. Her experience includes defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in federal multi-district litigations (MDLs) and state coordinated actions, in addition to single plaintiff cases across the country. Sarah’s practice encompasses all phases of pre-trial practice, including drafting pleadings; coordinating fact and expert discovery; taking depositions; drafting dispositive, expert, and pre-trial motions; and trial preparation.
