Sam is a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group in London, focusing on private equity and M&A transactions. He advises financial sponsors, corporates, institutional investors, and management teams on all aspects of M&A and investment transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He has led cross-office and cross-practice teams on numerous acquisitions, disposals, buyouts, add-on deals, growth equity, and venture capital investments.
