William is a member of Reed Smith's Records and E-Discovery Group. In this role he has assisted on discovery in a wide range of areas including healthcare, banking and insurance. Prior to joining Reed Smith 2014, William served as an intern at Medical Mutual of Ohio in Cleveland. He conducted research and drafted memoranda on third-party administration licensing, prescription plan rebates and reinsurance regulations. William also completed a legal externship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he researched legal issues and wrote memoranda relating to risk management, hospital regulatory law, tax-exempt organizations, corporate compliance and medical education.
