Colette is an attorney in the firm’s Chicago office and focuses her practice on financial services litigation. Colette represents major financial institutions in matters involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and related state laws. In addition, Colette represents businesses and financial institutions in forfeiture, replevin, and collection matters. Colette also has experience with Anti-Kickback Statute claims, Safe Harbor Regulations, and the False Claims Act.
