Reed Smith advises OneIM Acquisition Corp. on $287.5 million IPO

NEW YORK — Global law firm Reed Smith served as legal counsel to OneIM Acquisition Corp., a blank check company, in connection with its initial public offering, which closed on January 15, 2026, resulting in gross proceeds of $287.5 million.

The company’s units began trading on January 14, 2026, on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “OIMAU.” Following the separation of the securities, the Company’s Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “OIM” and “OIMAW,” respectively.

The Reed Smith deal team included Panos Katsambas, Yuta Delarck, Constantine Karides, Alaina Billingham, Meredith Anderson, and Madison Old.
