Global law firm Reed Smith represented Pophouse Entertainment, a global entertainment and music investment firm, in its acquisition of a 50% stake in the publishing and master music rights of Australian singer-songwriter Sia.
A nine-time Grammy nominee with billions of streams worldwide, Sia is known for global hits including “Chandelier,” “Elastic Heart,” “Cheap Thrills” and “Unstoppable.”
