Reed Smith represents TitanX in $27 million investment by Updata Partners

ATLANTA — Global law firm Reed Smith represented TitanX, a data and software intelligence platform for outbound sales teams, in a $27 million Series A investment by tech growth equity firm Updata Partners.

TitanX’'s Phone Intent™ platform uses a proprietary scoring model to predict which prospects are most likely to answer phone calls, delivering connect rates of 25% compared to an industry average of 4%.

The investment will support expansion of TitanX’'s scoring platform, integrations across outbound sales workflows, development of new products for phone-led revenue teams, and M&A as the company scales following more than 250% year-over-year revenue growth.

The Reed Smith deal team was led by Chris Maxwell and included Anthony Boggs, Ryan Gorman, Jennifer Feld, Matthew Shandy, Allyson Lee, Andy J. Klemm, Nyria Rogers, Josie Dreier, and Graham Garvin.
