LOS ANGELES – Global law firm Reed Smith announced that Stephen Sessa, Josh Love, Edward Shapiro, and Eric Marder, partners in its Entertainment & Media Industry Group, have been recognized as top music lawyers of 2026 by The Hollywood Reporter. Sessa, Love, and Shapiro were also included in the publication’s 2025 list.
This is the latest in a strong year of industry honors: Variety named Sessa, Love, Shapiro, and Marder to its 2026 Music Legal Elite list and all four to its 2025 Dealmakers report; Billboard included all four on its Top Music Lawyers list, where Sessa and Shapiro have appeared annually since 2018, Love since 2022, and Marder since 2023.
