The publication noted Marder's representation of top influencers with over 100 million followers.
Marder advises recording artists, producers, songwriters, influencers, executives, and other talent, as well as various entertainment industry companies. He has been named to Billboard's Top Music Lawyers list each year since 2023 and was honored in Variety's 2026 Music Legal Elite list. Earlier this month, The Hollywood Reporter also recognized him as one of its top music lawyers of 2026.
