Aaron advises creditors, debtors, new money investors (including hedge funds), administrators, and liquidators on all aspects of domestic and cross-border in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings, with particular expertise in Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings and special insolvency regimes applicable to financial institutions. Aaron also advises on bankruptcy issues affecting a broad range of complex transactions, including M&A, structured finance, and derivatives transactions in the commodities and securities space.

Represented Vista Outdoor (NYSE: VSTO) in its acquisition of Remington Ammunition via a Section 363 Sale Process.
Represented the Foreign representative of IIG Trade Opportunities Fund, N.V. on the recognition of its Curacao liquidation under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Represented a credit fund on consensual and non-consensual enforcement alternatives in connection with an international shipping group’s default on loan obligations in excess of $100 million.
