Adam focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling. He routinely counsels clients and litigates restrictive covenant matters in federal and state courts. He handles litigation arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and whistleblower retaliation claims under Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank. In addition, he counsels clients on safety and health compliance, and represents clients in litigation related to the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
