Ana María is a member of the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes team and works on various commercial litigation and arbitration matters. She represents and advises clients in a range of domestic and cross-border commercial and fraud disputes brought in state and federal courts, including issues of jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, and enforcement of challenged arbitration clauses.

Successfully compelled arbitration in federal court of a Brazilian national’s claims against a national bank involving alleged fraud committed by an intervening Brazilian fiduciary.
