Advised and acted for an American wearable devices manufacturer in claims against sellers of counterfeit devices and the websites/mediums on which counterfeit devices were being sold. Successfully obtained an Anton Piller order against the sellers of these counterfeit devices.
Advised and acted for a Singaporean company in the business of manufacturing automated assembly lines in ad-hoc arbitration proceedings against the buyer of one such automated platform for the assembly of medical diagnostic kits, for default in payment.
