Andrea Charles

Andrea is a senior associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes group with broad experience in complex commercial litigation. Andrea has represented clients in individual lawsuits, consumer class actions, and multi-district litigation. She draws on her wide-ranging experience to help clients develop creative, effective solutions that address rapidly emerging issues. For example, she has represented multiple clients in landlord/tenant disputes arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, anti-kickback matters relating to the Medicare Advantage program, and other cases involving contracts and commercial fraud. She has significant experience handling motions and other filings, managing discovery, coordinating with opposing and co-counsel, working with expert witnesses, preparing clients for depositions and government interviews, and with pre-trial preparation and advocacy.
