Angela is a debt finance partner in Reed Smith’s Houston office with extensive experience representing private investment funds, private credit participants, commercial borrowers, financial institutions, and alternative capital providers in financial transactions of all types. Angela’s practice spans the capitalization table, ranging from senior secured first lien credit facilities to unsecured debt, preferred equity investments, and everything in between. She also regularly counsels clients on general corporate matters, credit facility compliance, and strategic initiatives, primarily in the energy and technology sectors.
