Anne is a member of the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. Her practice focuses on a wide array of commercial litigation matters, including financial services litigation, contract disputes, business torts, mass torts, and employment disputes. Anne has experience defending clients in large, complex matters in state and federal court, including putative nationwide class actions, multidistrict litigation, and cases brought under the Sherman Act, Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank’s anti-retaliation provisions, the civil RICO statute, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Anne also represents the firm’s clients in government and internal investigations. Anne’s practice involves all phases of pre-trial and trial practice, as well as post-trial proceedings and appeals.
