Avinash has experience in a wide range of industry sectors, including construction and engineering, technology, intellectual property, oil and gas, blockchain and artificial intelligence. His practice covers international commercial and investment arbitrations administered by major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, DIAC and MIAC, as well as ad hoc arbitrations administered under UNCITRAL and PCA Rules.
