Avinash is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. His practice focuses on commercial disputes in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Avinash has experience in a wide range of industry sectors, including construction and engineering, technology, intellectual property, oil and gas, blockchain and artificial intelligence. His practice covers international commercial and investment arbitrations administered by major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, DIAC and MIAC, as well as ad hoc arbitrations administered under UNCITRAL and PCA Rules.

Representing a UAE-based property investment company in a dispute under the DIAC Arbitration Rules 2022 against a prominent UAE property developer, relating to the sale and handover of commercial land in a major development in Dubai.
Representing an African state in an LCIA arbitration initiated by a project development company, relating to the construction of a purpose-built luxury hotel project valued at over US$300 million.
Representing a Saudi Arabia-based master franchisee in an ICDR arbitration against an American multinational group operating a major fast-food restaurant chain.
