Ben focuses primarily on corporate trusts, real estate finance, restructuring and structured finance. He advises a range of market participants including issuers, trustees, agents and corporate service providers across the lifecycle of capital markets transactions, with a particular interest in post-issuance matters (such as consent solicitations, substitutions and the exercise of trustee discretions) and distressed scenarios. He also advises on new financings - including bond issuances, structured finance transactions and securitisations.
