Bhav’s practice spans complex multi‑stakeholder workouts, liability management exercises, rescue and bridge financings, and distressed M&A, with significant experience coordinating parallel corporate and finance workstreams.
Bhav advises sponsors, credit funds, bondholder and lender groups, trustees and agents, and corporate borrowers on navigating liquidity constraints, covenant pressure, maturity cliffs, enforcement and loan to own strategies and operational turnarounds, with sector experience across retail and consumer, industrials and manufacturing, transportation, infrastructure, real estate, and financial services.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Bhav served as in‑house legal counsel at a global investment firm, where he negotiated a broad range of transaction documentation across private credit, special situations, private equity, and real estate.
