Casey is the Global Managing Partner of Reed Smith, overseeing a platform of 3,000 professionals, including 1,600 lawyers, across 34 offices worldwide. In this role, she leads the firm’s strategy, shapes its culture, and drives client-focused innovation and growth.

A Chambers-recognized labor and employment lawyer, Casey handles a wide range of workplace disputes, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and breach of contract matters. She is a seasoned trial lawyer who has secured defense verdicts in federal court jury trials and arbitrations. She regularly appears in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as before federal agencies and state human relations commissions.
