Christine is counsel in the Global Corporate Group and a member of the Emerging Technologies Group where she focuses her practice on transactional matters in intellectual property and technology. Christine has experience managing all IP- and technology-related aspects of corporate matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and financings. She advises clients from a range of industries, including software and technology, consumer products, financial services, private equity, health care, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
