Covadonga Corell Pérez de Rada

Covadonga is an antitrust and competition associate in Reed Smith's Brussels office. Her practice covers all aspects of EU and Spanish competition law. She has worked on several state aid matters across a range of sectors, including energy and transport. She has also gained experience in cartel and abuse of dominance cases and in advising clients on distribution agreements.

Covadonga also has experience in EU merger control, advising clients on multijurisdictional transactions.
