Daniel J. Daugherty

Dan joined Reed Smith’s Records & E-Discovery group in 2019. In his role as an E-Discovery associate, he reviews and analyzes discovery materials for responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues. For several years, he was immersed in a review associated with a complex multi-district litigation for a single healthcare client. More recently, Dan’s experience has broadened to include working on behalf of several managed care, transportation, and manufacturing clients on a variety of employment, products liability, and litigation matters.
