Having trained and qualified at Slaughter and May, Edward has also advised major clients across sectors including mining, transport, banking, and media. The bulk of his experience has been in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and investigations. He took a leading role in arguably the largest litigation by claimant numbers ever brought before the English courts, as well as in group actions before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, contractual disputes, various costs and funding issues, regulatory investigations, and corporate support work.
