She advises national and international clients in all contentious and non-contentious labor and employment law matters. This includes daily advice as well as advice on works council’s co-determination rights, negotiations and drafting of works agreements. Elisa has special proficiency in employee data protection as an interface to data protection law. She helps clients with all relevant steps for the implementation of new IT systems, such as drafting works council agreements and data protection information for employees.

She advises clients on national and transnational transactions in all relevant employment and labor law issues.
