Elizabeth is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, where she focuses on complex commercial transactions involving hospitality and renewable energy assets. She represents borrowers, lenders, and developers in deals related to hotel financing, solar, wind, and battery storage projects, as well as commercial acquisitions. Her work includes drafting ground leases, purchase and sale agreements, shared facilities agreements, power purchase agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, and contracts specific to renewable energy projects. She also supports private equity clients in refinancing existing debt and acquiring hotel properties nationwide.
