Advised a leading foreign petroleum company in Saudi Arabia, providing legal assistance and presentations before the Higher and Primary Commissions for Settlement of Labor Disputes in relation to several labour disputes.
Advised a well-known cooperative insurance company in Saudi Arabia, providing legal assistance and presentations before the Commission for Settlement of Insurance Disputes in relation to claims brought against it.
Represented a client in litigation concerning a dispute over the validity of an agent’s authority to sell a property to the client on behalf of the property’s owner, who later argued that the authority was not valid for the sale in dispute and therefore contested the transfer of ownership to the client. The value of the claim was more than SAR 1 million.
Advised a Saudi regulatory authority on drafting a governance framework and procedural rules for the structuring of an executive ombudsman programme.
