Drawing on almost three decades of experience in the renewable energy sector, Henry provides a broad range of advice to owners, investors, and developers of energy generation projects and transmission projects.

A substantial amount of his work relates to the purchase and sale of power plants. These transactions include single projects and portfolios of projects and occur both during the development stage and after commercial operation, including transactions for projects that will be repowered.
