Represented one of the world’s largest footwear manufacturers with respect to its $100+ million claim for coverage under several decades of general liability policies for losses and damages related to lawsuits and regulatory actions involving environmental PFAS and PFOS exposure and resultant property damage and bodily injury, including navigating complex defense and indemnity allocation issues as well as lost and missing policy disputes.
Represented numerous commercial policyholders, including those in the manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, and retail industries, in first-party property and business interruption claims.
