Jean-Pierre is a partner in the tax department of our Paris office.
His practice covers all areas of corporate taxation, and he has specific experience advising domestic and international companies, investment funds, and entrepreneurs on tax structuring, restructuring, and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions in France.
Jean-Pierre has more than 25 years of experience representing large French and international groups, as well as investment funds, in connection with their acquisition projects and restructuring operations in France. He also assists clients with tax audits and litigation, and takes part in the negotiation of solutions with the tax authorities.
Before joining Reed Smith, Jean-Pierre led the tax department of Winston & Strawn. Prior to that, he was a partner of the tax department of KPMG France and was also a tax lawyer at Arthur Andersen International.
