Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2018 and joined Reed Smith Richards Butler LLP as a litigation associate in 2021.
Jonathan specialises in Hong Kong court litigation. He has experience in assisting listed companies, minority shareholders and high-profile individuals on a broad range of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, recovery of fraud proceeds and contractual disputes.
Jonathan also has experience in advising clients on regulatory investigations conducted by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Securities and Futures Commission.
