Leos practice includes the taxation of businesses and business transactions. He has advised clients on the syndication of limited partnerships, public and private offerings of corporate stock and debt, and other acquisitive transactions. Leo has also advised clients in real estate transactions, including real estate developers, domestic and foreign investors in real estate, and REITs.

Advised client, sponsor of commodity-related exchange traded funds (ETFs), on all aspects of fund formation and registration, as well as for ongoing maintenance and regulatory compliance issues, as such funds are regulated by the SEC, CFTC, NFA and FINRA.
