Letty's practice covers a range of corporate, private equity, fund formation and regulatory matters.

She has experience advising on the structuring, establishment and operation of private equity funds, hedge funds and SFC authorised public funds, as well as on mergers and acquisitions, co-investments and private equity transactions. She regularly advises asset managers and other SFC licensed corporations on SFC licensing, private placement and regulatory compliance issues. She is also experienced in handling corporate restructurings and other general corporate matters, including those involving Hong Kong listed companies.
